Got my hostel room painted

Our Temasek Hall master has decided to implement something very interesting - each resident in Temasek Hall can apply to paint one side of the walls in our room. There are five colours, namely orange, pink, violet, blue and green to choose.
I applied for violet and the painter for mine was scheduled to be coming for the service this morning, FOR FREE!! Hehe...

Ah yeah, 有感覺 right? This is room D109.

I'm quite interested of checking out other colours as well when I'm free.

It took the Indian painter only an hour to paint. The odour remains for around 2 days which was choking me up, after that everything should be fine.

By the way, I have whole bunch of clothes which can actually camouflage against this new wall. Hehe...

So far I don't see any other halls or residences providing this "special service". Ngek ngek... This is part of the reasons why I love Temasek Hall.

Some call it a hostel, We call it home.

LAJ3201 Japanese 5

Glad that I've made my way to the intermediate level of Japanese language.
Instead of the typical series of "Minna no Nihongo みなんの日本語" published by 3A Corporation which were used from Japanese 1 to 4, we're now using "An Integrated Approach to Intermediate Japanese 中級の日本語" published by The Japan Times, which costs S$57.

After my 1st lecture, no choice but to accept the fact that there are so many portfolios and weekly blogs to write.
So, as I posted on Facebook "From Japanese 4 to 5 is like from Theory of Music Grade 5 to 6"

日本語五を卒業してから、Centre of Language Studies (CLS)から日本語中級の証書がもらえるので、ぼく、「頑張れ!」って!!
