SEP Departure

Haiz... I'm gonna stay in Europe for the next 5 months. Excitement? Not really, especially for a mummy boy and dependent person like me, because it's only gonna be best to stay within your Asian culture.
However of course, I felt excited to travel around when I'm doing my exchange in Sweden, nonetheless homesickness will outweigh, most probably.

By the way, SEP means Student Exchange Programme (a programme offered by NUS), if you're wondering what it stands for.

So I took a cab from my uncle's place (Upper Changi Rd East) to Changi Airport Terminal 3, since he wasn't back home yet that time.

I first met Khiong Kiat at the Qatar Airway counter, and he spoke English to me. After a while, he asked me whether is it better for me to speak English or Mandarin, without hesitation I replied "華語", like reflex. Haha... Did I even look 'English'?!

After checking my overweight luggage (>30kgs), I didn't meet anyone else who's going to Sweden, instead, I was waiting for my friends who's coming to send me off, and they came really late.

依依不捨地, I entered the departure entrance of Changi Airport Terminal 3, looking outside through the glass windows, my friends were waving to me. My goodness, the next time I'm gonna see them is like, 7 months later? Emo...... seriously... sobz...

At the boarding gate, I finally met the more NUS exchange students with unfamiliar faces and familiar names:
- Min Khai: Thank goodness you speak Mandarin.
- Gareth: Ya, saw you at the SEP pre-departure briefing but you didn't recognize me.
- Yiting: As expected, you're really... not tall. ヾ(@°▽°@)ノあはは
- Victor: I wasn't sure why, but I couldn't differentiate you from Calson. Lol~
- Calson: Seemed to be quiet and scary.
- Aletheia: ... ok, at least I knew your name is Aletheia. Oh, I helped you with your luggage in the cabin.
- Syjia: I recognized you, and you're quiet.
- Weiling: Not much first impression of you. Haha...
- Nicole: Did you take the same plane with us? Didn't see you anywhere. Haha...
- Felicia, Jolene & Wei Ming: I thought you all were from NTU, since you all formed a unique clique.

Goodbye Singapore, goodbye Malaysia, goodbye friends, goodbye daddy mummy...
I'll miss each and everyone of you... "(/へ\*)"))ウゥゥ・・・
