When Love Was Born (Cover)

It's the day when two ex-THreshold members, Christopher and Ashwin came to hall to make a cover of a song with Justin, the head.

In case you don't know, THreshold is an English pop band in Temasek Hall.

Well, I was working out at the gym and playing table tennis that day in the game room and I entered the band room to kaypo for a while, saw them decorating the band room with lights (which were taken down later -_-) and Ashwin setting up his Panasonic Lumix GF1 on a tripod.

Originally I was offering myself to shoot them the cover MV, but they invited me to play the bass as well, what an honour. Haha... And this abrupt invitation explains my lousy attire.

This is the MV edited by Ashwin with poor audio quality (you might want to just mute it and watch) as Ashwin stated that the recorded track by his laptop is over peaked and he had to use the track from the video instead. Some footages were taken by an iPhone because the camera ran out of battery in the middle of the process. Thank him for putting effort in editing anyway.

Starlight shines, the night is still
Shepherds watch from a hill
I close my eyes, see the night
When love was born

Perfect child gently waits
A mother bends to kiss God's face
I close my eyes, see the night
When love was born

Angels fill the midnight sky, they sing
Hallelujah, He is Christ, our King

Emmanuel, Prince of peace
Loves come down for you and me
Heaven's gift, the holy spark
To let the way inside our hearts

Bethlehem, through your small door
Came the hope we've waited for
The world was changed forevermore
When love was born

I close my eyes, see the night
When love was born

Hope you enjoy it (how could you if you mind the audio) and, Merry Christmas!!!
